Temple City families come to us when they want several things done in one stop, such as an exam, X-rays, and lab work, or a TB test and a physical for a new job. Walk-ins are welcome seven days a week.

Getting here from Temple City

  • By car via Rosemead Boulevard and the 210 (about 20 to 25 minutes)Head north on Rosemead Blvd to the 210 and go west. Exit at Lake Ave, head south on Lake Ave to California Blvd, turn right, then turn left onto Arroyo Pkwy. The clinic is on the right at 797 S Arroyo Pkwy, just past Fillmore St, with free parking on site.
  • By car via Huntington Drive (about 20 to 25 minutes)Take Rosemead Blvd or Baldwin Ave north to Huntington Dr and turn left. Follow Huntington Dr west through San Marino to Fair Oaks Ave and turn right, then turn right on Glenarm St, then left onto Arroyo Pkwy. The clinic is about a third of a mile up on the left at 797 S Arroyo Pkwy, just before Fillmore St, with free parking on site.

No. We are in central Pasadena. Temple City patients often choose us when they work or run errands in Pasadena, or when they want an exam, X-rays, and lab work in a single stop.

Can I get a TB test and a work physical in the same visit?

Yes. Bring your employer's form and we can complete the physical and either place a PPD skin test or draw a QuantiFERON-Gold blood test during one visit. A PPD skin test needs a short second visit 48 to 72 hours later to be read.

Do you see children?

Yes. We provide kid-friendly urgent care for fevers, ear pain, minor injuries, and school and sports physicals. A parent or guardian should come with any minor.

Do I need an appointment?

No. We are a true walk-in clinic. Just come in during business hours and you'll be seen. If you prefer, you can also reserve a time online through our booking page.
