Do I Need an Appointment to Be Seen?
No appointment is needed. We’re a walk-in clinic, so you can visit us when it’s convenient for you. We understand that health issues don’t follow a schedule, and we’re here to provide care when you need it most.
What Are Your Operating Hours?
We’re open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday through Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We take our last patient 30 minutes before closing time.
Do You Offer Pediatric Urgent Care?
Yes, we provide care for children 6 months and up. From fevers and ear infections to minor injuries and physicals, our pediatric team is here to make the experience as stress-free as possible.
What Should I Bring When I Visit?
Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card (if applicable), and a list of current medications or allergies. If you’re coming in for a work or school physical, bring any required forms or documents.
How Long is the Typical Wait Time?
Most patients are seen quickly thanks to our optimized workflow and on-site services. Wait times are typically shorter than in emergency rooms, though exact timing may vary depending on patient volume and urgency.
Do You Accept Insurance?
Yes, we accept most major insurance plans. If you’re unsure whether we accept your insurance, feel free to call ahead or check our website. We also offer affordable self-pay options for those without insurance.
What Services Are Available On-Site?
We provide a full range of urgent care services under one roof, including in-house medications, lab draws, blood and urine testing, rapid diagnostics, digital X-rays, EKGs, and more. This means faster results and less waiting.
Can You Provide Lab Tests and X-Rays During My Visit?
Yes, we offer comprehensive on-site lab testing and digital imaging. Whether you need a rapid strep test, urinalysis, or chest X-ray, we can usually provide results during your visit for a quicker diagnosis and treatment plan.
Do You Offer Physical Exams for School, Work, or Surgery?
Absolutely. We offer school and sports physicals, pre-employment physicals, and pre-operative evaluations. These can be completed on-site, often in a single visit, with lab work and diagnostics handled in-house if needed.
How Do I Get My Test Results?
Most test results are provided during your visit. If additional time is needed, we will contact you by phone or secure message once your results are ready. Our team will explain what the results mean and any next steps.
