Our clinic is in central Pasadena, about 15 minutes west of Hastings Ranch by the 210 or the Metro A Line.

If you live in Hastings Ranch, Chapman Woods, or elsewhere on the east side, our clinic is a short trip across town at 797 S Arroyo Pkwy, near Huntington Hospital in central Pasadena. East side families come to us for walk-in care with X-rays and lab work on site, sports physicals, and evening and weekend visits. No appointment is needed, and parking is free.

Getting here from East Pasadena and Hastings Ranch

  • By car via the 210 Freeway (about 12 to 18 minutes)From Hastings Ranch, get on the 210 west at Rosemead Blvd. Exit at Lake Ave, head south on Lake Ave to California Blvd, turn right, then turn left onto Arroyo Pkwy. The clinic is on the right at 797 S Arroyo Pkwy, just past Fillmore St, with free parking on site.
  • By car via Colorado Boulevard (about 15 to 20 minutes)Follow Colorado Blvd west past Pasadena City College and Lake Ave, turn left onto Arroyo Pkwy, and continue south about a mile. The clinic is on the right at 797 S Arroyo Pkwy, just past Fillmore St.
  • By Metro A Line (no car needed)Board at Sierra Madre Villa Station, next to the 210, and ride west five stops to Fillmore Station. Our clinic is about a block from the platform.

Hikers heading into the foothills above Hastings Ranch should carry water and tell someone their route. If you twist an ankle or take a fall, we can usually X-ray and treat it the same day. Call 911 for a head injury with confusion, a bone that is out of place, or trouble breathing.

Most east side patients reach us in about 15 minutes outside rush hour, and the A Line stops at Sierra Madre Villa, Allen, and Lake stations on the way to Fillmore. No. We are in central Pasadena near Huntington Hospital, a short drive west. East side patients choose us for walk-in care with X-rays and lab work on site and for evening and weekend hours.

Can my teen get a sports physical on a weekend?

Yes. Walk in on Saturday or Sunday between 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM with the school or league form and a parent or guardian.

Can I take the train to your clinic?

Yes. The Metro A Line runs from Sierra Madre Villa, Allen, and Lake stations to Fillmore Station, which is about a block from the clinic.

Do I need an appointment?

No. We are a true walk-in clinic. Just come in during business hours and you'll be seen. If you prefer, you can also reserve a time online through our booking page.
